No experience needed! As a passive investor in a syndication, you're partnering with experienced

operators (like me) who handle the day-to-day work. You invest capital and enjoy the benefits.

A syndication is a group investment where multiple investors pool funds to purchase a larger real estate

asset. One party (the General Partner) manages the deal, while others (Limited Partners) invest and earn

returns.

Most deals have a hold period of 3-7 years. During that time, you'll receive regular quarterly cash flow distributions and a large payout when the property is sold or refinanced

Anaccredited investor is someone who meets at least one of the following criteria:

-Has an indiviual income of over 200,000 ( 300,000 with a spouse) in each of the last two years, with the expectation of earing the same this year

or

-Has a net worth of over $1 million (excluding the value of their primary residence).

You can invest through cash ( wired funds from your account), Self-Directed 401K or IRA, personally or through an entity like and LLC or Trust, and individual or joint registration with your spouse.

We typically offer 1-3 investment opportunities per year to our investors. We spend a lot of time underwriting deals and submitting offers,but very few of them end up going to contract.
